Bad odour, insects, geyser not in working, bathroom is in bad condition, water and tea facilitie is not available room is not cleaned.

We have booked three rooms and rooms nos were given at reception but when we entered in our rooms, these below mentioned problems we faced, attached images for your ref : A)All walls are full of wall sealen,full of damp,unproper construction and spider web B)poor and broken electricity sockets, tv not working, service phone not working, uncleaned desk with mud /dust C)Washroom unhygienic, broken faucets, with a nest on the exhaust fan, guthkha tobacoo peaks, no water coming from some bathroom tabs, and full of unbearable smell D)Bedsheets have bloodstain, not changed, and dirty pillow with unchanged covers too. E) actual hotel completely worst not as per the given image F)actual location is too far from given location G) room service is very poor as they had only one staff to call who was delaying everything. condition was pathetic and completely worst to stay in this covid duration.
