very annoying. Initially they have given our room to someone else without informing us. once we reached they asked us to wait and then make them to first vacate the room and then clean it in front of us. Even after this, the room cleanliness is very poor. They have not supplied the basic ammonites. The parking facility is very poor. On the morning I have to clean my vehicle from the bird waste. It took us an hour. So practically No useful parking.

No Food No restaurant or any food / Tea/ coffee arrangement all you can get is Mineral water bottle if you are allotted a room on 1st or 2nd floor you have to carry all your luggage your self neither paid or hotel services is avaliable help you - No lifts And if you get a room on 2nd floor and you are with your family please avoid it please Rooms are OK But No point to management or service in the hotel

It's an accommodation only guest house within a market building just on the way to kangra mataji temple. An all-star for travellers on a tight budget.

The stay was comfortable and staff was friendly. The only issue was the gpay didn't work. The guest has to work on cleanliness and there were no waste bins inside the room. And no towels and soaps provided. Overall a pretty average stay. There is a lot of room for improvement.
