Pro - cheap price, safe for family, pre order home made food. Central location between श्रीवर्धन and हरिहरेश्वर, host of the property stays at ground floor who is educated retired teacher. Rooms are sim but clean and nicely maintained. Host is a gentleman and a friendly and polite man. The only disappointment was lack of towels. According to me, it's a beach town so hotels must provide towels to the guests. They have interlinked rooms so it's a good facility for large families as well. Breakfast was yummy and tasty. Lack of pure vegetarian hotels is a negative point too.

When we visit property, the room didn't had attached toilet as per description. We have to pay extra 200 for another room with attached toilet facility. There was on call geyser facility, where you have to call owner for turning on your room geyser. Owners were welcoming and helpful. They will guide you about nearby locations.
