THIS HOMESTAY is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. WORST experience, my whole trip got ruined. Never had this kind of bad experience ever. Firstly, It was not easy to reach the location at all. When we reached the location they did not let us checkin and kept us waiting outside in hot sunlighta and heatwaves in hot weather for more than 3 hours in 36 degrees as there checkin time was 1:30 PM (usually every hotel / homestay checkin time is 11 AM or 12 PM) Rooms were NOT IN GOOD CONDITION. Lights were not working properly, they were flickering, fan was too slow and rooms were having very venomous insects even on the bed & behind the bed. Also it was 36 degrees and even their fan speed was too slow, Water pressure in taps was too low. Their jetspray was having too less water pressure NO SHOWER in the bathroom, there was hand-held shower which was NOT WORKING. PROPERTY HOST WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. When we requested him to help with all of these issues he said you talk to MMT and CANCEL BOOKING WITH NO REFUND. We were travelling with our 2 less than 6 months children and had to stay in a place with 36 degrees TEMPERATURE and NO FAN. Room was full of BIG SPIDERS, BUGS, FLIES and BEETLES. HOST was NOT even providing basic things like SOAP, HANDWASH in the room. We were going out for dinner as this homestay was having a so called MENU but was not able to provide any food except MAGGI, PRANTHA & TEA. THEY EVEN SAID “WE WILL NOT OPEN THE GATE FOR YOU IF YOU WILL BE LATE THAN 11:30 PM” THIS PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE ON MMT, it’s just SPOILING YOUR COMPANY’s NAME & IMAGE. Want this feedback to be raised as a complaint for this homestay.

Room were clean and hygienic. Got a complimentary drink Frooti and pack of biscuits. Loved this gesture. Most importantly, there was a lawn to relax. I enjoyed my leisure time with a beautiful view at such an affordable price.

The checkin was delayed and the cafe was not operable. The room was clean but there was no hot water for wash basin.

it was a great experience at seedling homestay ... the place is classic with awesome views and attractive interiors . the rooms are so clean and the amenities are perfectly working. the service was very good and the food is also so good as it tastes like home .

Great location, very quiet. Wonderful caretaker and staff. Rooms are not sound proof, you hear every little noise.

I booked an executive room and was charged accordingly. But mmt booked lower category with the homestay.
