it's really highly priced and over rated. the hospitality was zero. they don't know how to talk to their guest. And above it the rats over there damaged the seats of my four wheeler. Zero hospitality.Zero politeness . Ppl over there don't know how to listen to guests' problem. The rats over there damaged my car's seat covers.

Sasa hotel is having a good ambience

It was a good stay and all the things including the restaurant, the food, the security, the cleanliness in short everything was as per our expectations and we loved the experience.

Good location Clean and nice rooms and surrounding. Well designed orientation of windows and doors.

We were travelling from Mumbai to Delhi and planned to halt at Kota. We booked this resort and checked in at about 11 pm. The room was fine and as we were very tired, we decided to call it a night. To our disappointment, while we were switching off the lights, we discovered that there was only one switch for both a bright bulb and the fan. We immediately called the reception for a solution, as it was hot and we wanted the fan to remain on, but also wanted to turn the light off for a peaceful sleep. The person came and checked and confirmed a wiring fault. They agreed to give us a solution in five minutes to either rectify or change our room. We waited, but eventually went to sleep as we were very tired and had a next day of travel for us. What disappointed us was that they never came nor informed us about a proper resolution for this problem.

Everything was perfect. Stay, hospitality, food, location, rooms. We had booked a stay at very last minute, so were not sure, but as soon as we entered the location, we were mesmerised.

Location was ok , but the jet spray in the toilet had no water and the bed linen was not fresh. Looking at the size of the resort such attitude of keeping used linen was not acceptable.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent stay. Upon checkout, I requested a GST invoice, but unfortunately, the property's General Manager behaved rudely. After escalating the issue to customer care, the property finally provided the GST invoice. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I hope necessary actions will be taken to improve the property's service standards.

The location of Sasa Resort is not good. it is very outside of the city. In case of emergency nothing is available.

very far away from kota almost 25KM. you will not get easy transportation from hotel. no cabs available

Good resort, location was the best. Services were good, but the restaurant was a little far from the rooms.

Rats were roaming in the room..no plumbing fixtures were working nor taps.. totally worthless....i never recommend anyone to stay there..
