We were travelling from Mumbai to Delhi and planned to halt at Kota. We booked this resort and checked in at about 11 pm. The room was fine and as we were very tired, we decided to call it a night. To our disappointment, while we were switching off the lights, we discovered that there was only one switch for both a bright bulb and the fan. We immediately called the reception for a solution, as it was hot and we wanted the fan to remain on, but also wanted to turn the light off for a peaceful sleep. The person came and checked and confirmed a wiring fault. They agreed to give us a solution in five minutes to either rectify or change our room. We waited, but eventually went to sleep as we were very tired and had a next day of travel for us. What disappointed us was that they never came nor informed us about a proper resolution for this problem.
