Poor Stay
I recently booked a hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The condition of the hotel was subpar, with damaged chairs and a bed that was not comfortable to sleep on. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had stains on them, which was a major turn-off. The lack of basic amenities was also a concern, as shampoo, water, tissue papers etc was not available in the room. However, the most disturbing aspect of my stay was the noise levels at night. It seemed like some work was going on, which made it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. The constant noise was unbearable, and i found it to be a terrible experience overall. I have attached photographs to support my claims, which clearly show the poor condition of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and i hope that the management takes necessary steps to improve the facilities and services offered to guests.

Good Stay
I am frequently visiting boisar and staying at sarovar. Rooms here are spacious and they maintain it clean. However, in breakfast they need to add some variety like fruit juice etc.

Very old style rooms & very rude staff.
soloNo a/c remote asked 2 times to reception but completely ignored, not recommendable for anyone. As better option available in that location on same price.

The hotel ambience is very good, the reception area, dining area, and lobby are so good. And the vibe of the room is very good, comfortable space, nice smell, bed and other amenities are good. Food was average, it needs to be improved.

Poor Stay
Not proper cleaning, no tea/coffee pouch, and cattle available, no remote available for ac. Poor room service, restaurant service as well, also there is unstable wifi connection.

Good rooms
The rooms where clean and ready when we arrived. Check-in was smooth, check the ids and keys where provided. They also allowed us to keep the luggaes after check out
