Nice place
If you are looking for some me time. This is the best place for you. Very nice place, clean rooms, owner is very welcoming and the service is also good. Some improvement can be done in food. Apart of that it was a great stay.

Excellent Stay
The location was very nice and the staff was also friendly and it is couple friendly too! i love this place and in november i will book my stay at the same place with the help of make my trip!

Excellent Stay
Great stay with all facilities available. Owner mr. Joginder rajput is very friendly and hosts like a family. Pet friendly off-beat location situated in between valley. Highly recommended.

Good but not well managed
Property location is excellent but it should be clearly mentioned that it’s a bit far and remote. Pros location is peaceful. All around hills. Just down is a river. Great feels like a mini remote resort cons rooms were not ready like toilet water flush stopped working many times no tea cattles or arrangement as tea in the morning only served after 8am so if anyone wake up early nothing can be done we did not find soaps. Shampoo. Towels food is on damand and have timings. So if you need anything afte 9pm or before 8am it’s a challenge care taker anil is good but other staff we didn’t even notice proactively rules says you can not order outside food no cloth hangers no iron so location and property is good but not managed properly

Lovely staff and location kept in the dark about a party
The location is beautiful and staff smiling, but minute details such as missing handwash, torn pillow covers and rusting frames watered the mood down a bit. Lawns and rooms were clean, food was average, but we were suprised that our quiet experience was interrupted by a late night party on the lawn. We as such had no issues but expected to be informed at least. The next day, our check out was delayed as water supply was interrupted. One room had a superb tv, in the other room the tv wasn't even connected. Fast wifi was a plus.

Terrible, owner booked another hotel for us!
We booked the cottage 1 month back, one day before our stay we got a message from the owner that our room had some issues so he has upgraded our room and included breakfast for our stay. Upon reaching the airport we got a call from some other hotel saying that our room is booked with them. We told that guy that we had booked in saraiville. On calling the owner he said that he booked our stay in a completely different hotel which was 11km away from the property. As we had other friends staying in the hotel we reached the property. To our surprise the cottage that we booked was given to some other ppl. This was a terrible exp. And i would not recommend anyone booking this property if you don't want to ruin your plans.

The confusion and mismanagement you went through were unacceptable, and we completely understand your disappointment. Please note that this manager has since been removed from service, and the property is now directly overseen by the owner and a dedicated hospitality team. We are committed to ensuring transparency, reliability, and a smooth experience for every guest moving forward. We truly regret that your plans were affected, and we assure you such an incident will not be repeated. We hope you may give us a chance in the future to restore your faith in us.
