Cleaning was not properly, fan is so dusty, no towel and soap given in night, reception staff was not available whole night. Towel and soap given next day when i forced. Thanks

Thanx for your coments sorry for inconvenience caused to you we are trying to keep room clean including fans .we advised our managers to provide soap and towels at the time of booking the rooms.
