group1) no restauarant/ room service is available 2) toiletries and even water bottles were not provided 3) location is not updated on map 4) rooms are new and decent

Sai he-era residency
In shirdi, generally they won’t allow single people in hotels. But sai he-era residency understand me and provided me the room. Thank to hotel management. And rooms also very good and neat with nice room service fecility

During my stay
We are there for one day. We got tea after 40 min after we ordered but tea was containing too much sugar, so we kept it aside, next time no visit to this hotel.

Good room service and good for short stay
Entrance of hotel is from black side and car parking area is not sufficient. Can feel the home staying.

A standard hotel
Hotel is good and is in good location too .. But it is not on the road .. Its 150m from the main road. Rooms are airy and spacious. Emergency lights are only available during evening hours .. Linen option should be more. Lift was not working during our stay
