Hey, the hotel photos show nothing, and the room is different. There are no facilities in the room. They don't even refund the money for cancelled bookings.

There is nothing in the photo.You will not get the room you booked.. You will get the same facilities as we have... How can we give you an AC room at the price you will book a non-AC room? Refund will be given as per hotel rules.

Then when booking the hotel, I didn't understand why the hotel has some rules and regulations. Our staff told me that no one is allowed in our hotel alone. There is nothing special about you booking online. Everyone has the same rules.Who are you to tell us to remove the hotel from the list? We will do business according to our rules. If you want to take it, or not, then look at another hotel.

It was really good experience, clean and hygiene, near to temple. Management is very good and responsive.

Nice stay in shirdi.
Locality is nice. Temple is at a walking distance. Gentle behaviour of the hotel staff. Not costly. Good value for money. No food facilities and you can find good restaurants just around the hotel.

Terrible Stay
Located away from the temple, no food available in the hotel, rooms are dark and small, no proper ventillation, bathrooms are indian. No proper amenities or facilities are provided. Please check before booking.

How far is 50 km from the Temple? Where we have written this is less because tea, food, breakfast are all given to you in the price of the room. If the property is small or big, what does it matter to you, if that's all you need, why not book five stars? Our is as it is, if you like it, take it, otherwise don't take it. Drinking is not allowed in our hotel, but you drank, what would you have done if we had kicked you out yesterday? And Shirdi is a religious place

You had your claws from the moment you arrived and we did everything in our way, all you had to do was name it and put negative speed on it so you couldn't do much or talk. And most importantly, you are booking a budget property and you are not booking a five star .All you have to do is name everything . If the temple is only five minutes away from the hotel and you can't even walk that far and yet you are naming us, why should we move our building to the temple?

Pathetic experience with the hotel staff and they are not giving full information as well as the all information is not updated. The receptionist staff is very arrogant. Upfront he ask me to cancel the booking. Never suggest to book this hotel.

Not recommend
1) no service boy 2) no additional facilities 3) no lift in case of senior citizen 4) lonely area 5) no hot water 6) non cooperative staff not recommend.

Our service boy was going to bring everything to you, but you went to get what you wanted to bring yourself. Can you book by looking at where we have mentioned that we have a lift? The Rooms you booked were on the third floor. Being a senior citizen, we have provided you with a Room on the first floor as a matter of humanity. Your behavior has destroyed our faith in humanity and we will never show sympathy to anyone from now on.lonely area means we will lift our building by hand and carry it to a crowded place. you should know that there was no hot water which means that the timing of hot water is from 4am to 8am . When will come and ask for hot water is there time table or not? Even after doing everything, they say that there was no staff support, so what else should yo do?

Average Stay
The stay was comfortable though we found the room pretty small and congested. Ac and hot water was available through out. We did not get cold waterfor drinking as there was no fridge. Room service definitely need to improve for the rate charged per day. I don't have the pictures of the room. Is any other picture ok from shridi is acceptable?

Poor response and non availability of essential things
Though it is nearby place from sai mandir hotel staff is unresponsive regarding services which are lacking. For bath there is no hot water available. Secondly for normal things like soap, toothpaste we need to do follow up with staff which should be readily available. Also staff is giving reason of hotel is fully booked so hot water is not coming.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We gave you everything we had available. Hot water starts at 2:00 am. We don't want to see who uses how much water in each room. You are provided with soap and towels in advance. We are not obliged to provide toothpaste and other things. What is true is because we have told you. Thank You.
Good for one day stay in budget.
Room size was too small for four bed room. Air ventilation was not for non-ac room. Hotel must have a lift for old people. My room was at third floor and it was difficult for my parents to do up-down by stairs. Hotel is located 500-600m away from temple. Location wise it is good.
