No wi-fi available, television not started and most important not provide hot water in winter season

Good receiving & nice stay in the hotel, highly recommend.

Though paid for breakfast but after checking in, was informed that there was no cook. Hot water was not made available after several requests.

Hotel staff was rude and demanding for extra money

Single employee/person, a lady was handling reception/room service/kitchen all in one till 7:00 p.m. Single towel was provide and directed by the attendant lady to use jointly. On request second towel was given. Double bed sheets and pillow cover were of different colour. No exhaust fan was in the toilet. No cupboard for hanging/keeping cloths. Only soap cakes were provided on demand. Low height plastic bathing stool was kept in the toilet. No Odonil/odomos as was kept. Room was full of mosquitoes. We wake up at 3:10 a.m. then again 4:13 a.m. due to terror of mosquitoes. Didn't enjoy the sound sleep. It was just a punishment to stay. Didn't prefer to call the lady attendant at night/early morning. Earlier on reaching she only provide us the water/glass on demand and kept on the door floor of the door. Handed over towel outside the room after ringing doorbell. No furniture/bench/stool for keeping the glasses/tea cups/bottle, etc was provided. We kept all these on floor. Unhygienic room. It was like a room of dharamshala/dhaba style/charitable trust. They too even provide some basic furniture in the room. A gentleman was available later when lady was not available. Single person was handling the entire show at a time. No hospitality was visible. No reserved parking of the property was available. It was like a residence not fit for a guest house under the banner of MakeMyTrip. The car too was parked in the night in the different hotel for safety. Not worth spending this much for such a low standard/absorbed property. It was just not up to the expectation/standard. We were having no option travelling from Gurgaon to Shirdi in flight and handle such awkward arrangements. Kindly identify the property to educate us while choosing the property in the next trip. Try to publish/advertise the true features. Please do not mention false to mislead us. We stayed in room no 201. Just go and visualize yourself before offering to refrain from cheating. Poor show.

Homely food. Food was good. Location is also good. Near to Sai temple

Dirty rooms. Expensive room as compare to money. No water heater. No accessories.

Poorly maintained hotel with more pathetic service.
Service is pathetic. Complimentary breakfast was very bad. Tea provided was not good. Basic amenities like TV was not even connected to set top box. TV plug points had issues. Not recommended hotel for staying.

Overall ok. But not feeling like sansthan.
Away from main location. Everything is fine.

Far distance from say baba mandir.

A house which s being turned into a hotel. Not much of facilities. Tv has only bhojpuri channels. No restaurant. Far from Sai Baba temple. Nearby roads get pitch dark in the nights. Needs more improvement

No parking, no RO water, no security, poor housekeeping, lot of disturbance area, they stay 10 person in one room, lifetime mistake by doing hotel by Make My Trip . Do not book this hotel you are going to repent later. It doesn't worth not more than 100 rs per day

Need to take care of room cleaning if the rooms are booked for more than one night. Little interior from main road but okay. Can get the transportation easily. No restaurant near by the hotel. Over ally it was nice stay.

Very good fare way from mandir good place for banchole only very silent place its very good for stay I think itis good but try to provide the lunch facility to customer which make eassy to stay and don't want to vest there time

Hard water provided for use, no meals facility inside premises where we have to walk some distance for our meals, room service is very good where there is promot response, but there is no phone in room.
