Stay was good and nice ambience Room was nice neat and clean

the rooms was so clean and the services was prompt I will recommend and come again in December 2025

i made a booking for my aunt she could not find the toiletries she asked for soap so the staff said that toiletries are not free and charges her for it plus the staff called multiple times for tip saying that his shift would be over so should make the tip

लोकेशन बहुत अच्छी परंतु सर्विस बहुत ही खराब गेस्ट हाउस में ना तो एलईडी कम कर रही थी और 3 दिन के प्रवास में कोई भी बेडशीट या रूम की सफाई करने नहीं है यहां तक की गेस्ट गेस्ट रूम में चाय भी नहीं उपलब्ध कराई जा सके गेस्ट हाउस के मैनेजर मोहन यादव का व्यवहार जरूर अच्छा था परंतु बाकी किसी भी कर्मचारी का व्यवहार ठीक नहीं था

I travelled to Varanasi with my friend and booked this hotel by seeing photos and location. To be frank nothing is good I have travelled to many locations and stayed in plenty of places but never ever stayed in such a worst hotel. Small room with no windows, stinky bed cover and pillows, I ordered food and they delivered me it after 2.30 hours that too just boiled rice and 2 cups of curd, No heater, No water. Please if anyone booking this hotel with kids means please think twice. This hotel not worth for money too.

There was WIFi return on hotel but when i asked that person to give me WIFI he said I dont know password seriously? I saw wifi connected on his phone when we was showing me food orders later he told you go up I will share on WhatsApp till my checkout the message didn't came i just ask make my trip one question to whom this WIFI is ? Why even it is written when u book there was no range i had to struggle to make calls terrible service horrible

good location nearby mandir. Road is narrow so parking is a problem. helpful hotel staff. food is good, although food option can be made better

The room was very small and cleanliness is concerning . no hot water provided though it was upgraded to AC by paying an extra amount... two members occupancy only one towel provided.
