I booked a Super Deluxe (AC) room but was given a non-deluxe room instead. Despite my reservation, the staff did not resolve the issue. The room was below expectations, and the overall experience was disappointing. I had a very unpleasant stay and do not recommend this hotel to others.

staff behevier rude,no water ,no response,dirty,ugly,no tv,not even 1rs worthy dont ankarege this type stays

washroom is dirty and there is no Bucket, Room is unclean, There are no doorMats I booked AC, i asket for Ac, remote cells are not there, after many hours also they didnot provided Ac, So AC not working and TV also not working, there is connection and remote, Wifi not working, Did not give Towel and Soaps after booking Room.... Power cut nearly from mrng 5Am to 10Am, I didn't take photos that's why iam unable to post pictures

i didn't like the way they treated us,really it's terrible,I booked for ac room but they have given a non ac room ,they are saying like we don't have ac room stay in non ac room ,I asked ,why you are showing is there ac available, I want to cancel the booking but but I'll be not get any refund,so how ever I had to stay in that room ,the room was like already used room , I'll not recommend at all tq.
