It’s not that much good or bad it’s ok ok type Hygiene I can give only 3 It’s not family frindly

I have stayed one day with family. Rooms were clean but flush wasn’t working during our day. The intercom in the hotel rooms are not working and there’s only mobile call available which is unresponsive many times. Hospitality is bare minimum.

Convenient place, normal wash room, good packing.

Food service is not available in the property. Single Beds are not available in the room. Beds are uncomfortable.

Hotel is closer to hitec-city area but reaching the hotel itself is not easy as it is in the interior roads of a residential area in a totally non-descript building. There's no water bottle provided and there's no water in the floor's water cooler. Get your own water to drink and only water please. The reception desk is quick and eager to remind you of all "rules" frequently and just assume right away that you are up to no good. If you not travel-ling alone, bring ids of everyone with you because they ask for all guest's ids, phone numbers & email even for people of same gender which is a first in my many years of travels. They will not accommodate any requests. Be ready to hear "you should have checked before booking" or "check with makemytrip or your booking provider. Like the other reviews mentioned, early checkin has charges of 300 and is disclosed only at the last min. I don't know about staff politeness but there's sarcasm for sure. If you can deal with all that, sure the rooms are clean and decent enough and there are no major problems but you will also probably find other hotels with similar rooms at similar price and easy access to main road having staff with far less attitude.

Excellent experience during our stay with regard to location, food and amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
