Review Of RRR Resorts

Location was good and tha staff was nice everything was fine but the food was not that much good

When we reached at property and showed them our bookings, the resort owner said that your booking is at our another property. We show our booking and told them that it is RRR resort but they said the booking is at another place. That place was near about 15-20 km away at up hills. That property was named as RRR COTTAGES SND TREE HOUSE(please do not go by name). There was no reception. We meet a person there who was co operative. We showed them our booking an he said that your booking is at RRR RESORT which down hills. Then we called that owner and said why he has sent us uphills and requested him that we will still want come RRR resort as we booked the same. Then he said we will give you that property at any cost and we have to take that property of rrr cottages. We were on road with 6 adults and 3 children. And the situation of that property was disaster with very small rooms and no staff, no kitchen toiletries etc. we called MakeMyTrip and they intervened. But surprise to listen about the excuse of owner of rrr resort that he is not giving us the booked property as the toilets of three rooms which we booked are not working. suggested is that they will negotiate with owner and provide some discount from owner. Now we will left with no option but accept the offer as the area was remote area and we will not any other hotel easily. Food situation which we ordered at night was like this, we ordered food from them at 6.30 evening as they said there is no facility here and food will come from RRR RESORT main property and it took around 4 hours to come. We get food at 10.30 pm. Our kids sleeping without food. Breakfast was booked by us along with rooms and it was terrible. Only I can say about it TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…..
