Very bad service in hotel royal palace

I have worst ever experience in this hotel. That day they arranged marriage party and up-to 2:00 AM party lasted with DJ sound and we spent a sleepless night. Torn bed sheets were given and foul smell was extra. TV sets were in the room but no recharge in set top box. Over all very bad experience.

Mathura 2 days stay

Service very poor, no hot water, TV not working, no attendance for room service, have to improve facilities.
