Terrible Stay

The hotel doesn't have computer at reception. Reception guys dont knew that there are online bookings and to our shock the hotel rooms were fully occupied. Somehow we we are given a room which nobody took as its main door lock isnt working. The staff is polite but makemytrip must ensure that their guests dont face such shocks upon reaching hotel. Hotels booking system needs serious investigation.

Actually rooms provided is a dormetry but i though its a single bed room. No separate locker fecility is available, complimentary bath soap is not provided, individual switch point not available.
