I stayed overnight at that property can’t say much about it

All basic needs provided in right price, nothing fancy

The owner of the property gives a poor response giving evasive replies, i asked him to recharge the tata sky, the two days i stayed he did not bother to recharge. He does not respond to phone calls, i had to reach him thru his care taker. He is only worried about the payment. The toilet after flush was leaking and the bathroom was stinking. Bed linens were not clean. Room was dusty all around. Care. Taker was a very good guy and gave good service. He is very helpful. I would not recommed this place for stay.

It was terrible experience staying here. First, hotelier changed our address and they dint allow us to check in the same property which was mentioned. They forced us to stay in some other property. Second, this another property was terrible. They dint recharge tv despite repetitive request from our side. They shut down wifi in the night. Last but not the least, they gave rest of the property to some other group and because of that, hotlier stopped our entry from main gate. We had to enter the hotel from back entry like thieves. Also, that other group was screaming and shouting till late night, hence no peaceful sleep. Avoid this hotel, thats my advice.

We travel-led to pune and booked this property at keshav nagar via make my trip. To our shock, we got message from hotelier at night 11. 50 pm with new property at kalyani nagar. We were not allowed to check in the property we booked (which was shown on make my trip voucher. We were asked to check in som other third class property. When we approached make my trip, they were ki d enough to refund the money as compensation. However hotelier told make my trip that he has shared new address in the morning only, so he was clearly lying as details were shared at night 11. 50 pm. Secondly, they booked full flat for som other group and we were offered one rool in that new property. Because of this new group, our entry through main gate was banned and we had to enter the flat by back entry like thieves. Last but not the least, other group was screaming and shouting till late night and hence we couldnt sleep as well.

Sorry to inform you, the hotel denied me room booking and had to go to nearby hotel. I have already informed make my trip and no action till date. I am due for refund of my booking amount. Hope you will seriously look into n refund booking amount.

Had a really great stay, with a good caretaker who maintained excellent hygiene in the property; and a host who took care of everything personally. Everything was sorted. The location is one of the best in pune, and one can get food delivered from so many nice eateries. There are party spots all around the place. The room was spacious, with natural light and a private roof area to enjoy beautiful evenings that pune is known for.
