Average. Gym is for outsiders also which creates lots of disturbance and loud music which is audible in the rooms

Even after I booked for 3 people, and paid the hotel fare accordingly. I was harassed for paying for an extra bed. Did not expect this kind of stinginess even after booking their best room they had to offer. I booked a suite, which is way expensive than any of their offering. Overall, the hotel was good and the restaurant was good but the service was pathetic. If you're used to the Marriott, Hyatt level of service, where they go to great lengths to keep the customer happy, you'll be greatly disappointed.

Ok stay

It was a good stay all together. The location was right on the main road, they have well furnished room with decent size. Service was prompt.

On arrival the first impression given by reception was as they don't have booking for me then they say they are sold out and eventually after 10 minutes they find room. Rooms are average room service is good.

It was a great experience, we had a pleasant stay without any disturbance. Room service was a little bit slow but that can be manageable if everything else is good. Definitely recommended.

Hotel is outside city with average amenities. The room was clean, restaurant is not available as it is under construction. The surrounding areas are not that good.

It was a great stay staffs were really humble and polite. Rooms were clean and well maintained, washroom was also great. My overall experience was great during the stay.

I asked for times now world channel. They organised within 5 minutes. I was impressed. The room was very well separated by a sitting area and a bedroom with a closet
