I requested hotel for the change stay date for which they dont agreed and forcing to directly buy the package from their end. Thats seems to rubbish as that was 60% more expensive

Terrible Stay
The owner was very rude. Staff was also not quite friendly. They misinformed us about rafting charges. The food in the resort is also quite expensive. We paid 1000 rs for ordering 9 cups of tea. Only if somebody is willing to shed lot of money for unfriendly relations and bad trip they should stay here

Worst experience ever
Owner of the hotel is so rude. My booking was confirmed still he denied check in inspite of receiving money from mmt. He asked me and my family (son 3 years old ) to wait for more than 2 and half hrs. He dont have sense how to speak with customers. Didnt give rooms which we had booked and ask us to stay in other rooms.

Place - good, food - worse, rooms - filled with lizards and other insects
The place is beautiful. Its very quite and soothing. Nice place to chill with family and friends. However, i have rated average because of 2 things 1. Food - its awful. Its not at all good. The food is so horrible over here. It seemed as if they did not have good cooks. I would recommend carrying food from outside, though there are not many hotels nearby. I tasted almost everything. The chicken was awful, the roti sabzi awful, the breakfast poha, idli was also awful. The dosa was bearable. When i complained about the food they offered me gulab jamun. But even that was not good so i left almost all the food half uneaten 2. The charges are too expensive. I am not just talking about rafting, but the rickshaw cost. Since you have to go at one place where the rafting starts you can go via your own vehicle. But the place where rafting ends is very far. You will have to get a rik to go to the place where you parked your vehicle. And the rickshaw charges 1k or more its a good place to chill. The staff is nice. I wanted to book the wooden. The villa is not made of wooden its made of bricks, they have somehow put the photos of wooden hut in the villa option, so it becomes very confusing. I had to stay in the villa. The villa is filled with big lizards and spiders and its not at all maintained.

Good location, horrible food and overpriced
familyBook this place only for the rooms. The food was very bad, one of the worst i've ever had on a trip. I in fact drove 18 kms to find better food as i was tired of the bad food here. Even the staff was uninterested in anything. There are activities on resort but the staff says everything is closed. They were also away for long hours, we had to wait at reception for 30 mins as the person hadn't arrived till 10:30 in the morning.

Very nice location to stay
Excellent for family or with friends. Neat & clean rooms. Nice food. All staffs are really very good & helpfull especially kitchen manager mr. Manoj singh ji.

Great stay, good resort, and food, good service. Added bonus was River rafting Although paid extra for River rafting n adventure sports in and out of resort.

familyRiver rafting rates were too high as compared to online rates, food was an ok and limited menu. The staff was good and of helping nature.

An honest feedback
Pros- 1. Easily accessible 2. Clean washrooms 3. Decent food. Cons- 1. The restaurant claimed a high tea in the package. The reality was sugary water and biscuit. 2. Dirty tents. I understand that it would be difficult to clean from the outside as its pouring continuously, but the insides had big black spots all throughout the tent. Summary its a great place if your primary concern is rafting where you have a different primary. But if you want to enjoy a luxury stay as claimed then you are in for a disappointment. Overall rating is average.
