    Can't trust

    Ripple cottage asked us to move to nearby Bliss cottage stating that it is an upgrade and Ripple cottage is closed due to certain reasons. They did not give any prior information about this and we got this info on reaching there. Also at Bliss cottage, it was very basic. No heater. No water in washroom, just a bucket. Bliss cottage charges are lesser online and we had to settle for it despite paying Ripple cottage charges which was comparatively more. I understand Pangong has limited facilities in hotels but you cannot randomly switch our booking without prior information. So do not trust to book this online.
