Review Of RG Hotel And Resorts

The experience is terrible . There are so many bugs in the bed. The washroom door is broken the sinks are not cleaned. There are gutka stains inside the bathroom and the living room. The free breakfast offered is so bad and the plates are not even cleaned. I paid for this room instead 200 rs dormitory in a 3 rd grade hotel looks good and clean than this room

M having very pleasant stay in the hotel.this place is surrounded by nature. I really enjoyed the view.

It have some mistake in MMT booking. this make cheat the Customer. in booking time offer Executive Room but in site they allowed low Room.

Overall, my experience was good. The staff behavior was excellent, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, the room that was initially allotted had a malfunctioning A.C. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue wasn’t resolved quickly. After some time, I was moved to another room late at night. I hope this issue can be addressed for future guests to ensure a smoother experience

They are simply given the room there is towel if we call they will take more time recat they are not ready to few small changes

It was satisfactory but hot water for bath was not available on time. Roads are painful to reach property

The rooms were not that great, the chairs in room were not clean, hot water dint come until we call the reception. The breakfast was also not that great.

Property's location & presence of a restaurant on premise is the only plus. Although, amenities exists, they don't work. For example, you don't get hot water & when asked they would tell you it is solar & hence it is slow. But i doubt if solar would work for such a climate. Service is good to an extent that people respond to the questions when asked politely. But their telephones don't work & neither do they care so much about hospitality. Rooms are decent, but room telephone doesn't work to call the reception. Secondly, none of the phone numbers mentioned in their pamphlets placed in the room exists.

Hotel location and environment is nice. Room size is also good. House keeping of the room is not good. No hand wash liquid in the washroom. Bursh and toothpaste was given after i asked for it. Food quality was average.
