Best thing is the food especially non veg mutton rogan josh... Room is ok... Front is modern but building is old... Most disappointed with complimentary breakfast which was not available till 830am and we had to catch a train at 9am..Breakfast start time as per hotel brochure is 730am..Excuse given Chef not available... Regenta has lots of issues whether it's Agra or Phagwara.. search for better option please.

Bad Experience at Regenta Place Phagwar
Unlikely to come back to this property. Very poorly kept property, the corridor carpet stinks, rooms have damp walls which stink; I had to change 2 rooms to get into a non stinking room. The towels in the bathroom were not clean. Coming to the food and restaurant dinner buffet was a la carté but the team was clueless about what can be served what can't be. The staff was courteous but not trained or skilled. Overall experience was very poor

Shocking. We booked the best suite. AC, fridge, TV did not work. Toilet seat broken. No intercom. No towels, no soaps. Horrible service and simply horrible food. I think the MMT top executives must surprise stay and know for themselves

Portion of food was too less for the price charged. Price of food was on very high side. In one of the rooms which was booked by my friend there was bed bugs issue, hotel however promptly changed her room. Staff was very polite and courteous.

The mattress was awkwardly placed, and guests had to put their feet down due to limited space. 3. *Poor Room AC*: The room's air conditioning was inadequate and couldn't be controlled using the remote. 4. *Dysfunctional Landline*: The hotel room's landline phone wasn't working, and when I tried calling the reception number, they disconnected my calls and switched off their phone. 5. *Unhelpful Staff*: Both the hotel staff and MakeMyTrip's customer support were unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving these issues. *Overall Experience*: It was an uncomfortable stay, and I had to run around multiple times to get my concerns addressed. Pathetic experience. Worst hotel services i have seen till date. 1) breakfast - there is only poha & sandwich in the name of buffet, pastries and other sweets tastes like they were 2-3 days old 2) room services - for every small thing like dental kit, iron, comb. I have to make calls again and again.
