Good Stay
Overall stay was good but property needs to be maintained now being old one . Renovation is very much required and being at prime location in bharuch can attract more response if good renovation is done of the property. Food taste was excellent at least breakfast which I had. As dinner was not included

Reached late and found the found the front office unfriendly, lack basic courtesy and mannerisms… check during night with the service team that the tea is served all throughout ..,but early morning when enquired, one Rupesh roughly refused as we hv done a mistake by calling in morning

No Hot Water in washroom
No hot water for bath during my stay. They neither informed during check-In. Entire hotel does not have any hot water supply due to some pump failure. But we expect front desk manager to inform before check-in

A room which was given had a paste control on same day morning. After this was bought to the notice room was changed. Another room also have the smell. Staff was unable to take a decision. She just said she is new and trainee

Sure.. Location and food was excellent but the quality of rooms are not great. Bathrooms are very conjuncted and may be because of wooden flooring the rooms were smelling bad.

Room was OK- food teste too was OK( Dinner /breakfast) however - overall it was a horrible experience. severe food poisioning - Vomiting and Loose motion- whole day was a nightmare as had to attend client site during the day @ Jhagadia and Aknleswar and Satabdi at 17.30 and reached Bombay central @ 22.30, Home @ 0030- Whole night suffered next morning took medicines/ORS and recovering gradually- it was a nightmare experience

Poor Stay
this hotel property doesn't even give you a feel of four star property...amenities arr Bare minimum...cockrockes roam around in room...room had mosquitoes...floor is nt cleaned properly by housekeeping even after requesting for so many times...even breakfast buffet had flies moving around fruits counter...and even after telling dem waitress she didn't even bothered to get d eatables changed...

Terrible Stay
Floor cleaning was not done. We got feeling of entering oyo rooms type room. Smell was pathetic. We had to leave early morning and wanted to stay for night so we booked Orchid thinking will get good experience. Dryer was not working .no toiletary was there in the room

Worth staying
The reception counter staff is very courteous and good. Rooms are good but only the water accumulated in the wash room and doesn't drain fast. Food though there is variety. The taste needs improvement.

Positive and best hospitality
I am go to this hotel. It's nice security system. I see the room are really clean better than photos. Hotel staff is cooperative and helpful. It's nice hospitality by hotel management.
