Hello, The place has good ambience. Lift needs to be connected to generator

Overall stay was ok, bathroom was smelly. Need to maintain a little more hygiene. The staff behaviour was quite ok.

The room and toilet was decent. But the bed sheet and rug had few hairs and stains were present. It was an awful night I spent in this room and don’t recommend to anyone else.

The bed sheets and blanket need to be changed , it was itchy night with bad odors we spend in this hotel

Bedsheet and blanket was not clean,it was a used one,had to remind to get a fresh one.

Rooms are clean, Location is Good Best place spend time With loved ones AC , TV , water , Basic amenities are Good

Good place for stay and sleep. neat bedroom and bathroom! Located just on the main road to airport!

Dont book through Make my trip . I had to reserve room 2 times as per the customer service agent of make my trip . I forgot to add 2 children who are under 8 years old . so i had to make another reservation with childrens age and i got 2 rooms for less price . my first reservation still on and they offered me to cancel, but they never did even after a month . So becareful when you make a reservation through make my trip. rooms are ok . never change the linen . bathroom with soap scup .

Had the worst experience as soon as we entered the hotel. In the Reception they informed me there was no booking in my name and said all rooms are full. they said my booking is not reflected in their system despite I had 3 more bookings after that. Even though I paid full in online and even after showing the voucher,they said there are no rooms and asked me to go to another hotel which is also their property. since I refused to go and after almost after 30 minutes they provided room. booked with complimentary breakfast, they initially said no and then agreed after too long discussion. no towels, dustbin, no chairs, even for 1 liter complimentary waterbottle need to call them and wait

Total fraud! even Make My Trip. accidently forgit to add 5and 7 years old children on my reservation and hotel staff asked to pay and i made brand new reservation and amount got lower and for 2 bedrooms. my first booking is not able to cancel for refund when i try to call mmt. they keep saying yes they will. hotel staff said it has been cancelled.

Small room but economic. Staff behaviour is good. However tv was not working in room and bathroom sink was not working properly. Otherwise experience is good.

Good location to visit Nandi Hills . Bed is not enough for family of 4. Service is moderate

The room was good but the maintenance was poor. AC and TV units were not working, TV is not wifi enabled and wifi network is also so poor. They didn't even change the towels and they kept the same towels that were used by previous customers. It is good only if your sole purpose is to stay overnight in the room.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple or 3 members. The room is clean along with the washroom.

My hotel stay was okay, the air conditioning wasn't great, but the room was lovely and the food was good. The reception staff were also friendly.

Location is excellent and very nearer and all the transport is available very easily. Rooms were excellent and kept neat and clean. Food not tasted as it is not available in the place. Staff is good and cooperative. At the lost cost in Bangalore city in a prime locality it is worth to stay in this hotel. Ganesh

Will never recommend anyone to book there. I had booked for 3 day stay as i had an exam in nearby venue. As i reached from airport at midnight they informed me that there is no room available despite already paid for 3 day stay through make my trip. Late night at around 1 am they confirmed a room in a lodge 3-4 km far from there and sent me in a cab accompanied by no one. I had to convince the lodge guys to get a room there. Next day with much difficulty i got a room in redkey where i stayed for 2 nights. The room was not clean with lot of dust and stained bed sheets. Aa i had no option i stayed there. This is very unfortunate from makemytrip.

100% good and trustworthy amenities the only complaint is the water in the washrooms is different in color

Good behaviour of the employee, very cooperative and very clean room. Very well behaved and helpful
