Clean rooms, good food and excellent customer service. I will suggest this to my friends who are looking for a stay in kottakkal. "couple friendly" should be mentioned in capital letters, if you know what i mean

Suite main room air conditioned, annexe is not. Ample furniture provided, but bath room had leaking faucet and drainage issues (water logging in bath area. No room service. On request food used to be delivered from outside in plastic carry bags. Failing to keep up to the standards of the given charging slab.
