Perfect location, food was good at Pearl Poetry, Wi-Fi was an issue, could not connect at all during the stay, the hotel needs to look into this on priority

We stayed from 13th j Jul 2025 to 16th Jul 2025. Very nice property. The allotted room was so good and spacious for three. Staff response is very nice. Complementary breakfast is delicious.

Stay was good. Front staff was very accommodative.food is very delicious & well taken care by staff. Room is spacious & clean. Hot shower is refreshing.

Bathroom are very slippery no door mats provided hence the room to get slippery and bit risky for kids

Vell well laid out rooms and bathrooms. Helpful and courteous staff. Excellent a-la-carte food and a decent complimentary breakfast. Overall a very good place to stay.

Location was excellent. Food was very delicious and hygienic. And above all services were excellent. I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

While booking it was booked for 3 person. Had to struggle to get extra cot as hotel was only providing a mat. This is unacceptable as we pay for three folks & can't expect to have one person sleep on floor. Amenities & service was okay (had to call for everything including tea bags, dental kit, water.

Hospitality at its best! excellent food. Courteous staff. The only challenge we found was that the rooms are not sound proof. Since there is a wedding hall next door, there is always a moving crowd early mornings and late nights in the corridor. Their chit chat causes noise disturbance. Else, this is a great place to stay, centrally located and easy to navigate.
