I stayed at this hotel last week with my son, and overall, it was a very average experience that didn’t feel worth the price.
When we checked in around 6 PM, the staff informed us to dial 9 for reception, but unfortunately, the phone in our room was not working. The TV was also not functioning. After a tiring journey, I requested two towels so we could freshen up, but the staff came back with only one towel saying they didn’t have more as all were out for laundry.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bedsheets and pillows had hair on them, and it was clear they were not properly cleaned. The chairs, tables, and other furniture had food particles (like stuck rice) and seemed poorly maintained.
There was no kitchen in the hotel, so we couldn’t get any food when we were hungry; only drinking water was available. The geyser took a long time to heat up and provided only a limited supply of hot water, which was frustrating.
The only saving grace was the morning breakfast – it was decent and one of the few positive points of our stay.
Overall, for the high price we paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. I would suggest the hotel management improve the basic facilities and hygiene to justify the rates they charge.
