I traveled with my family for 2 days and staying in this hotel was totally horrible for all of us. We stayed there for 2 nights without electricity they didn't manage to have any backup for the electricity. In -4 degree temperature it was really hard to survive without electricity and geyser. We asked them for napkins and the waiter said they don't have napkins too.

Our stay was really nice and the staff were very active and helpful. Location wise i will highly recommend because it was on the road with car parking and on the way to all the important spot

experience was good.staff behaviour was good.only one switch board was working in the room. tv was non functional.kettle was provided after insisting.. but behaviour was too good .Room was very nice.. and balcony view was amazing 😍.

Worst stay ever, no facility provided no extra blanket in such cold weather charging extra even for the basic services. Food was okay but whole stay was not money worth

Terrible Stay
This hotel is in the main road where construction is going on so balcony was full of dust. There was no soap in the bathroom. Room and balcony was filled with dust and there was no doormat so all the dust was coming on the bed. We requested for cleaning and a soap twice but still it was not provided. No hospitality by the host. Its better if you go to hotel which is not near by road

familyGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Relaxing riverside retreat with mountain view
Had an amazing stay with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Perfect location for exploring the area. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing place.

Excellent hosp
Excellent stay at rang bay. Great hospitality by entire hotel team. We enjoyed alot at the hotel cafe and riverside, would recommend everyone to stay here and visit their food truck as well.

The stay was amazing.
We had a good experience in the cottage, the staff and the owner all were friendly. The food was good too. Had a great time there, also the location was strategic and near by to all the places we wanted to visit.
