Nothing given in the booking is incomplete.What happened to me should not happen to any other customers. Booking menu show evening things in room but even one bottle of water is not available and in bathroom water use for bath very poor quality

Power cut issues

There is no power backup for the ac and power cuts are frequent and long. The inverter backup is only for a light and a fan. Even the intercom goes off when there is no power

actually there is issue in electricity break down. i have paid for the breakfast. the hotel manager told me that at7 am breakfast is ready but they are not up to that mark. at 7 am their is no one to pick the call and breakfast is not ready, therefore i asked them to give me atleast a cup of coffee and some biscuits they denied for that thing also. so i leave from that place the worst experience

Dear guest, we thank you for your valuable feedback. And regarding breakfast we do serve breakfast earlier then our schedule time also if you had informed about it prior. Then we requested you to please wait for 5 min we will arrange full breakfast but u denied saying i am getting late. And instead u did demand for the items from other bikaji store which is not ours. And regarding electricity issue we have 24hrs back up for that. And staff is available to receive phone calls for 24hrs. Still we are sorry that you didn't had pleasant stay on last visit. We hope to see you in future with better experience. Thanks

Located on roadside of delhi jaipur highway, away from jaipur. We stayed here on the way to udaipur. Rooms were quite big, staffs were helpful and polite.
