Stay was good. 1KM from cliff. Good staffs. Clean rooms. But I expected a big bathroom for the price

location is 10 mins walk to varkala cliff and the road is dark in night, better to walk with map. standard room is ok with good Air condition and receptionist and staffs are ok. sometimes you wont see any staff for water/ to order food. food is costly from the restaurant. toilet is small size. pool is good with 7 to 7 pm overall good stay if your expectations are less

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was enjoyable. However, there was no hot water available for bathing, and the Wi-Fi was not working during my stay.

Had a wonderful stay in the pool view room. The room was clean and tidy, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The swimming pool attendant was attentive and did a great job. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

We recently stayed at Raja Park Beach Resort and overall had a pleasant and peaceful experience. Location: The location is excellent—just a short walk to the North Cliff, which makes it very convenient for exploring the main sights and beach areas. I’d rate the location 4.5/5. Room & Amenities: The room we stayed in was quite small and did not include amenities like a TV. Initially, the ceiling fan in our room wasn’t working properly, but the staff responded quickly and shifted us to another room without hassle. The resort has a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, which is a great advantage. I’d rate the room itself 3.5/5 and room amenities 2/5. Staff & Service: The staff were polite and provided good customer support throughout our stay. Their responsiveness to our complaint was appreciated. Pricing & Check-in Experience: We booked a non-AC room for ₹, which felt a bit expensive considering it was the off-season. The standard check-in time is 2 PM, which seems late—I’d suggest shifting it to 12 PM for better customer convenience. We opted for early check-in and were charged ₹. While we checked out on time, it would be nice if they could be more flexible with early check-in charges in the future. Final Thoughts: The resort offers a basic stay in a great location with helpful staff and a clean pool. If you’re looking for a peaceful place close to the North Cliff, this could be a good option.

Very worst experience & sadly disappointed. No basic facilities available at raj park - TV, Wi-Fi, hot water kettles, very poor aircons, I never recommend to any one

overall a good experience, The staff are friendly approach to us, The only issue with the room is that it does not have a TV (i think ,it is only on providing room for us)

Hotel was at very good location, very clean and staff was very good and helpful. Only hotel furniture is little old as resort but all other things were good

The property is at a nice location. It is very near to beach. But it is terribly understaffed. They couldn't maintain service with only 1 or 2 people. This property is a part of akhil hotel chain and they should seriously consider increasing their service quality. For example, when we arrived, the flush in bathroom was not working. They brought a plumber to fix for 30 mins. Then for anything, for example water, we have to repeatedly badger them to get it. You'll get tired and frustrated at one point and you stop asking for anything.

The property is very nice. But the service and maintenance is very very bad. They are understaffed. This hotel is part of akhil hotel chains. They should increase the number staffs during peak season time to boost the experience of their guests.

Location is good. Overall good experience. They should provide food also. Otherwise it was a good experience

I had booked non AC room, which wasn't up to the mark i expected. they have other properties too, so were ready to show me different room as they have other hotels too near by. but i upgraded to AC cottage, which was fine. Staffs are supportive and always happy to help

beautiful location. spacious rooms. the best part is beach is just 5-8 mins walking distance from the resort. delighted 😊

The staff were highly cooperative and friendly. The swimming pool was just mid. We booked a cottage room and the ac didn't work at all. But when we complained, they allotted a new room for us which was nice. They helped us get bike rentals and in kayaking bookings too.

Basic facilities, made available are not satisfactory. Bedsheet provided was dirty, curtain torn off, toilet foul smell etc. During rainy season, i booked for non ac room for more than rs. 3000/ and got substandard facility. Restaurant offered by the resort charged heavily

Stayed for 2 nights at the property. Rooms were average, we submitted keys for room service on day 2 but wasn't done. They own multiple properties in the vicinity and we felt this property lack the service with limited to no staff available. Room service provided from another chain of their opposite to this property. No inhouse restaurant. I felt overly priced per night. With similar budget you can get room in good property that has sea view like sunview, krishnateertham. You may not get sea view room in the budget but at least enjoy the sea view from the pool. For kms station drop, hotel charged 500- which we found expensive.

I have stayed one day. It's a off season trip. We feel, the hotel staff still need to improve their hospitality. They didn't call before arrival and they couldn't find booking and frequently checked the confirmation msg and screen shot. They had doubt about booking and finally they allotted the room. Swimming pool maintained clean. Wifi not available but it shows available. Toilet kit didn't provided at hotel. Poor electricity maintenance, the fan doesn't works at proper manner.
