absolutel disgrace wedding night spoilt, request was not picked from booking and even after informing, hotel totally ignored, absolute disgrace for this hotel to get any rating

We had an exciting and amazing experience in Radisson Blu Faridabad during our recent stay. Food was very tasty and the staff was very hospitable

I had a wonderful experience with Mr Bidhuri and the hotel’s security They were polite, alert, and professional. Excellent and reliable service

what is the use of bath tub if you can't provide hot water. Ordered tea in dine...very expensive n completely cold. Ok ok stay ..not a five star vibe though

I recently stayed at this property expecting a true 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectations- especially The rooms were quite average and didn’t reflect 5-star standards at all. They were clean, but only as a matter of formality. There was nothing particularly luxurious or exceptional about the interiors or amenities. In fact, I’ve seen 3-star and 4-star hotels with much better room quality and ambiance. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, the overall feel was underwhelming. Another issue was with the food policy. When I booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip (MMT), it clearly mentioned that outside food was allowed. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to accept this, saying that their internal policy does not permit outside food. Even after showing them the screenshot from MMT, they only agreed to “allow limited outside food” — which felt quite unreasonable. For the price being charged, I expected a far better experience in terms of comfort, service, and transparency. In my opinion, it did not justify the 5-star label or the premium pricing.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is well connected, making it easy to travel around. The food was delicious, and the amenities offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing staycation, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Experience was not like a 5 star property. They asked for Rs. 3000 security deposit during check-in which I have never seen in a 5 star. They also asked extra charge of 2500 for a special child Breakfast buffet was poor with very limited options. Even basic spread like Nutella was not available with waffles in a 5 star property. Dinner was also average. They even charged for a car parking. I have not seen these things in any 5 star property before. Overall it was a bad experience.

Great rooms, very clean, good food and good service

Location: Slum at the back of the property. Food: No buffet during the Lunch and at the time of Dinner, no main course in Non Veg and when asked they served Mutton Curry with too much salt and even after replacing it there as too much salt again. So could not have dinner properly. We had booked Business Room with Lounge Access but initially they told us that that Unlimited IMFL is available from 5:30pm to 7:30pm along with Unlimited Veg & NonVeg Snacks but later they only served one Veg & one Non Veg dishes but not of our choice but Chef’s choice. Lastly they did not allow our 9years old child to sit along with us in the lounge though in Radisson Blue, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon do not ever object us whenever we go. Spa was not operational either on the day we checked in and did not allow us a late checkout 1 hour or not even for 30mins.

They took extra 2940 rs, as I was new

Service was very slow we asked for room service for some issue with tv they came after 2 hrs during breakfast I asked for tea twice still it could not be prepared I was having exam so I had leave early it’s such a famous hotel but service was very disappointing

The staff was friendly, the food was v good, the room and bathroom was clean and well kept. Overall v good experience

Room was good, not so appealing, I faced water logging issue which was immediately handled by the staff. Food was good.

Have booked a suite for a staycation for my daughter’s b’day. The Wifi was not working, i complained someone came and fixed it. He spent an hour fixing it though. 15 mins after they left the wifi stopped working again. I did not bother to complain again. The staff should check everything before assigning the rooms to guests.

Very bad experience,especially night staff is so rude and arrogant i never expected this kind of hospitality from Radisson i stayed do many times over there but the particular faridabad building is so pathetic n rude

They are not 5 Star hotel they just act like a 5 star someone is ringing our door bell again and again and again i have visited many 5 star hotel in India only they have the policy to block funds of a customer or they charged wrong amount on food and beverage billing also
