I recently stayed at this property expecting a true 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectations- especially
The rooms were quite average and didn’t reflect 5-star standards at all. They were clean, but only as a matter of formality. There was nothing particularly luxurious or exceptional about the interiors or amenities. In fact, I’ve seen 3-star and 4-star hotels with much better room quality and ambiance. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, the overall feel was underwhelming.
Another issue was with the food policy. When I booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip (MMT), it clearly mentioned that outside food was allowed. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to accept this, saying that their internal policy does not permit outside food. Even after showing them the screenshot from MMT, they only agreed to “allow limited outside food” — which felt quite unreasonable.
For the price being charged, I expected a far better experience in terms of comfort, service, and transparency. In my opinion, it did not justify the 5-star label or the premium pricing.
