What I got to know is all the employees were on leave due to Diwali so service offered to us was terrible. It was that terrible that I wanted to cancel the hotel but didn’t get enough support from MMT customer care. He was talking from hotel side only. Also, he told he will call back but no calls. I and my family went outside and told to caretaker that we will be back by 9 PM plz keep dinner but he replied plz have outside only and come. I found myself helpless there. Went to camp side also my mistake but security guy told rudely that this area is restricted but I didn’t find any board which says no entry here. The road to reach the hotel also is off-road for last 300 metres. So, if I would review it would be a lot but less.

The staff is very nice. It is a very peaceful place to relax. I really liked it.

He was always available to assist with any requests and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and genuine care made us feel right at home.

Rooms are not cleaned properly and inside the room so many lighting insects flying and frog found it's very disturbing to us. We can't sleep properly and we given 3000 per room water not coming when we stuck in bathroom then we called for issue
