Property is located at a nice location, right opp to a hill. Outside of the city. Good to go with friends and family. But the property was very proud maintained, the bathroom was emitting a smell, exhaust fan wasn't working. the Foosball was not there, No board games. it was not worth the amount paid, and very disappointing stay. There was no kettle to even heat water.

Not so pleasant. Only the view is good but the room's facilities are very poor and below the mark. Would not recommend.

Hello team, i would like to address the following concerns: 1. Saturday whole night, there was a power outage which caused the backup power to be activated and drained by sun-day morning. 2. The bed is positioned too far from the fan to receive adequate airflow, especially when the power backup is in use. (additionally, the ac will not function when the power backup is activated) 3. Hot water functions properly in the washbasin but not in the taps typically used for bathing, making it inconvenient to take a bath in the washbasin. 4. There is a leak in the roof. 5. The ac's cooling performance is below expectations; if it takes more than half an hour to cool, it indicates cooling issues. 6. Due to these ongoing issues, i vacated the premises a day before the scheduled checkout date. Overall, i am extremely dissatisfied with the value for money i received during my stay.

My wife and i went there to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Paid rs. expecting a memorable day, but afterwards regretted it. To begin with, the address provided is inaccurate. The entire area is a maze; it took us approximately 20 minutes to find the property (after we arrived. After somehow locating the property, i called the property owner to inquire about various amenities/how to order food, and so on. He asked me to send him the id proofs , and then he will send me the rest of the information. I sent him the ids, but he did not respond. He got the money, has the id proofs, and thus his job is done. Who cares if the travellers suffer? *inside the property* the sofa in the living room was filthy; i've never seen a dirtier sofa in my entire life. It seems to have been purchased years ago and never cleaned. The buttons on the tv remote were not working properly (replacing a tv remote is not expensive, but that was not done either. Kitchen: no packaged water bottles (basics, isn’t it, to top it up, the water can was half empty and the water in the can had a strange smell to it, as if it hadn't been cleaned in at least a few days (i had to go 2 kms to get a couple of water bottles, coffee sachets were already opened/used, and there was no kettle to make coffee. Bed room: the most important thing that every traveller looks for is a good night's sleep. We didn't even get 15 minutes of sleep. The bed was terrible; even if you moved an inch, it made a big noise. The mattress was a couple of inches bigger (in length) than the bed, which would affect the sleeping posture, on top of the constant noise. Awful experience. Washroom: it was spotless and well-kept. There are no complaints here. In short, the basics were missing and travellers should avoid this property because it is not worth the money and will ruin their day. Advise to the property owner: have the civility to welcome visitors, present them with basic information, and fix things in the property on a regular basis (it won't cost much. Customer happiness is critical for running a successful business.

It’s an awesome location with lot of oxygen and far from pollution. The property is also very neat and had all the required amenities for a couple/gang/family to stay

Although the location of the property is amazing, the accommodation was not upto the mark. The tv doesn't work and was left unresolved even after complaining to the host. There was no provision of clean drinking water and the tap in the bathroom was broken. So hot water was limited only to the sink and not the bath area on account of the broken tap. The host offered to upgrade us to a different cottage after we complained but then backed out at the last minute. We were left cheated with his attitude. Hence, we did not feel that the property was worth the tariff charged.

The place is fine but a word of caution the water from the tube well is very hard resulting in damage of faucets & other plumbing fittings. Soap doesn’t lather; otherwise the property is fine in all other aspects.
