Our stay was very nice,property was at very good location, the staff is very cooperative And they will guide you through local attractions. It is very safe for family and solo travel.

Room was not so clean. TV remote was not available, no bath shop was there, no water bottle. Behaviour of Mr Sanjiv was very good.

It was pleasant stay at hotel staff and manager very good. Specially Baiju who helped a lot in providing service, they have a tie up with annapurna hotel which provtide very delicious homely food.

I don’t understand how this hotel has a 4.8 rating, because my stay was extremely disappointing. • The reception staff is unprofessional and money-minded. I requested an upgrade from a non-AC room (which I booked by mistake). At first, they said yes, but later at midnight the receptionist refused to provide a suitable room and indirectly expected extra money. • We were 3 adults and 2 kids, but they still gave us only one queen-size bed, which was completely insufficient. • Rooms were dirty and not maintained properly. • Washrooms were terrible: taps were leaking, water was muddy in color, and overall hygiene was very poor. • The AC airflow was misaligned — only one side of the room gets cooling, others don’t. This hotel is clearly focused only on extracting money, not on providing even basic comfort. I would strongly recommend travelers not to stay here. MakeMyTrip should seriously review this property before promoting it with such inflated ratings.

Owner Sanjeev Singh is very cooperative. It is worth to stay considering price. Near to railway station

Hospitality of the manager is very good. But location is a bit minus. Quality Restaurant not available. Rest rooms are good and can be considered for comfortable stay.

Hotel bahut hi Sundar hai railway station se Kafi pass mein hai Ram Mandir yahan se 1 k/ ke aaspaas padta hai Hotel ki service bahut hi acchi hai
