Poor Stay
1. Directions and sign boards were missing, hotel staff is very uncooperative. 2. Hotel staff is very rude and egoistic 3. Bedsheets and blankets were not clean. 4. Mirror was missing in the washroom 5. Toiletries like bathing soap and towels were not provided 6. Very dirty rooms, no room service(towel, soap, etc) even not having facility of drinking water 8. Owner is very rude and has given false details and pics of places, reality is very different.

Sir I would like to pay thanks for sharing your valuable feedback 1 Signboard is there on Both the side 2 As per your request we had given one room for rest which was just checkout at 5:30 am , The room was just checkout at that time you said pls give me one room we will adjust in the same 3 Sir again at the time of check out bedsheet rooms and every changes before 11 AM normal Checkin time but you insisted to give that room at 5:30 am so we had given ,but at 12PM when we had given room it was totally clean with all amenities along with water bottle and soap towels etc 4 As you booked Normal basic room room and you requested for Super Deluxe Room so cum it possible to give the same 5 As you checkin with ur mother and looking into her age I had upgraded your room without any of the charges you missed to mention 6 There is not any rudeness sir ,as you might be aware about normal check in and check out time of hotels is 11AM to 1PM of you will ask for all two rooms booked at 4AM in early morning how cum is it possible to give you room The guests who are already checkin last day when they check out then rooms will be in cleaning process along with bed-sheets changes and then use to take an hour time for next check-in in same rooms I believe that things are clear Now Thanks जय श्री राम जय श्री अयोध्या धाम

Excellent Stay
Great host and atmosphere. Value for money. One of the best experiences when the staff and owner takes personal interest so that your overall visit to ayodhya has profound pleasant memories. They have the best advice to plan your stay. The rooms are quite clean and staff is very polite. Way to go. Neat and clean attached washroom full parking space even they are having medical facilities also available with them like first aid box at reception if required dr they ll arrange dr on call very helpful owner highly recommended guest house at shree ayodhya dham even
