Too far away from town. Food is good. No tv in the room. Geyser not working. Teared blanket cover.

Room is all good but the receptionist was not good. And also when we entering the hotel we wait for 15 min. Outside because no body were came to open the door. We rang bells many times. Thanks

Ambiance is good and comfortable. All staffs are very helpful. Location not so good. Food is fine but quantity might be progressive.

Food is very costly and hotel location is very odd. Car rental service for tour which was provided by hotel management was very poor.

Location is far from purulia city. Roads from main road to property is kachha and very bad. I think the price charged by makemytrip for booking is very high than actual market price. This practice is not fair by makemytrip.

Review on my last stay in phh, managed by ugc is good but it was my ill fate that the room allotted to us not fitted with properly working geyser which can not be repaired throughout our stay period. Hospitality of the guest house was warm.

The room rate is very high according to quality. Fans are not working, ac is average, geyser is not working, no food available according to the menu, food service is very poor. No proper periodic cleaning, the curtain rod fell to my shoulder as the screw is loose, no proper maintenance. They have taken rs.- for ac room with no basic amenities. Not recommend to anyone, there are more hotels available inside the city with better room & cheap rates. They have mentioned swimming pool, valley view, nothing there around the property & the property is to far from public transport base. Local electric rixa also refusing to go to such location. Pathetic experience.

The rooms are clean and very decent. Room servicing is clean and appreciable. Food arrangements and availability of foods could have been better, that needs to be improved. Location is peaceful.

True homeland for purulia trip in town

Horrible experience of this holiday house . No tv, no a. C, no proper geyser mechanism, no room service. Food rates are abnormally high with no proper gst invoice. Was asked rs 1, 000 extra for proper bed facilities room. Overall disgusting experience.

Hospitality and surrounding environment is very nice.

Everything was exceptionally good apart from one thing that is no dormitory for driver. So if you are going without driver then it would be the best stay with amazing quality food and hygienic rooms. Specially hospitality is amazing.

They should learn practising safety measures. Poorly managed hotel. They don't even provide tv in rooms. Wastage of mney.

Peaceful place to stay. All facilities are available.
