Good environment and kind caretakers

Our stay in purple haze was nothing short of excellent i would say. The villa is tucked away from the busy town and offers great privacy. The interiors are beautiful and the exteriors with the picturesque garden makes the property a great place to unwind. Caretaker is attentive to our needs. They were kind enough to arrange food for us- it was tasty. The kitchen is well equipped and has all necessary cutlery. The bedrooms are quite spacious and mattresses offered excellent comfort. Linen was spotless. They have given great attention on hygiene which is great for homestay standards. We woke up to refreshing chirping of birds and the rains made the morning even better. Overall, i would rate this stay as one of the best and one of the best homestays i have visited till now

The place looks good in photos but faced few issues which completely spoiled our vacation: 1. Firstly there are no paved roads to this villa. You will have to off road for a couple of kms before you reach this location. 2. There is no cook at this location. Everything has to be pure planned in case you intend to have a meal in the villa 3. The 2nd room leaked during heavy rain. So much that the water dripped on our mattress 4. Language is a barrier if you know only english and hindi while talking to the caretaker 5. The caretaker stayed at a distance from the villa. In case of any emergency requests, you will have to call and wait for him to come. 6. Yercaud main road is at 2 kms away from the villa which would become inaccessible during night(post sunset) as there are no lights and the roads are too bad(you will have to off road with your car) to commute
