Already raised the issue with Customer Care team multiple electric failure during night, most of the amenities not available in room which was mentioned at MMT

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable with fresh linens. The housekeeping staff did a great job during our stay, making sure the room was tidy every day.

Hotel staff are courteous but a) they don’t give towels to us b) water bottle is only one at the time of check in instead of two which forced us to purchase another bottle c) initially they agreed for driver stay but later they refused to give bedding to him.

Overall hotel was good but food that we order from their restaurant was not having taste.

Very bad experience at hotel no value for money interior is very bad of the room not recommended for couples and family

Friendly staff. Clean and decent size rooms. Good place to stay. Pro: easy to commute. Con: the prices are bit on the higher side

I booked this hotel after recommendation from my family. It is located close to baba vishwanath temple, sankat mochan and even railway station. House keeping, reception, food service were excellent. I booked two rooms and in one room the mattress was not good. Also you can smell all the restaurant food what they are cooking once you are in walkway between rooms. Because of this giving 4 star.

The room was spacious but the ac wasn't functioning properly, the food was also not that good and the restaurant ambiance was below average. The staff they had was unprofessional.

Overall a good hotel with nice location. Rooms are well appointed and of good size. Staff is real courteous and food too is good with very reasonable prices. They just need to improve house keeping a little

It was good & comfortable journey. Planned out well due to pre-booking during highly busy vacation time. Just was little away from ghat so everytime was to book auto for ghat & mandir darshan. And the room lights were yellow & dim. So got g looming effect. Otherwise everything was fine

It was a nightmare to stay at this place. But we have already booked room and were short of time so we were not having options. There were cigrette lying on floor. Every corner was having dust which they cleaned after repeatedly asking. No soap shampoo in washroom. Food was pathetic. There was no salt in food and they didn't even send salt after calling many times. We also have to wait at checkout bcz there is only one person who know how to make bills and he was not available at that time. I strongly recommend not to even think for staying at this place

Support staff are well trained to look after theirs guest requirements with polite behaviour.

Room was nice, washroom was clean with all the facilities. This hotel is situated approx 4 km away from gadaulia. Hotel is situated near a flyover so it’s bit noisy at night thats the negative point.

Service was so pour, breakfast was so pathetic, full of cockroaches in room and blankets were dirty. Really i would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Moreover heavy sound and hot water was limited for two minutes after that will have to wait for 10 min. First advice them to replace bedspreads and wash blankets. Food is so horrible.

It was nice to be at puja residency. Nice rooms, polite caring and helpful staff. Near railway station was very convenient. Enjoyed a lot. There were regular calls from room service to assist us and make us feel special and at home
