The stay was excellent.staff was friendly. location was walkable distance from railway station bus stand secretariate and famous pilgrim places.

Very friendly staff and a convenient stay at the center of the city. Very Friendly staff and clean environment.

No ventilation in room. Some foul smell came inside room. No Lift service available. Cleanliness is not good

Room not clean car parking area infront of hotel in open. Hot water not available. Old construction.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent booking experience. Unfortunately, the hotel accommodations displayed did not match the reality upon arrival. The conditions of the hotels were extremely disappointing, with non-functional air conditioning, lack of vehicle parking, and no food and water facilities. This experience left much to be desired and does not align with the standards expected from a service provider of your stature. As a result, i regret to say that i cannot recommend to others based on this experience. I urge to improve the accuracy of hotel and ensure that customers receive the quality of service they expect when booking

Stay and location was comfortable but access to parking and bed layout can be better.

Hotel was abandoned. No proper facilities, no free water. Lacks infrastructure.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean

that is to provide booked room details in advance to traveler to avoid last minute inconvenience to traveler bcoz hotel owner provide rooms to bookings as per their convenience while keeping good rooms reserved for offline bookings to earn extra money
