Review Of Preetha Villa

Check in not happen smoothly. Delayed in check with several phone call with make my trip customer care

The villa doesn't have any of the basic amenities like heater, coffee, hot water kettle. The toilet doesn't have flush also, each time we have to pour the bucket of water in to toilet once we have done. The property doesn't even have parking we have to park the vehicle outside at our own risk the villa manager will not come to meet the guest. They had employed part time workers (un- experienced. When ever we ask questions they b early answer that too they will say we don't know like that. Rooms are not clean enough.

We had to wait outside the villa for 20 mins as the hotel owner or care taker was not pickikg our call. Though, the care care was inside the villa even after calls he didn’t come out and we had to call customer care to get any other alternative number. No water in the villa, no wi-fi and room was not cleaned for may be 2 weeks and it was full of dust. Rooms where not cleaned. Power socket was not working in my room so couldn’t charge any devices

There is no proper customer service, there is hot water even asking many times and rooms are not clean, only one small worst soap for family. There is a tv but they didn’t recharge after many times.

Facilities are good but no kitchen no food here. You have to order outside only
