Its A Very Bad Experience In Pokaran Desert Resort Hotel. I Travelled With My Family And The Conditions Very Bad. Also The Bed And The Toilet Very Very Very Derty.

When we reach the property they told us that room is not available i saw them the booking of room but the ask me to cancel it but i refused to do it so after so many arguments finally they give me the room

Net and clean room. Good service. Location is on road. Staff is supported. Helping hand. Hotel night view good.

Waiter directly say give me tip & room is very bad & not comfortable bad & washroom door is not lock

Pros: on the road to jaisalmer good staff cons : not good rooms (no sockets to charge your phone near bed) no intercom, not clean bedsheets.

Services to be better specially room service, there was no intercom facility using we can connect to reception. Properity is good but maintenance supposed to be improved

Review: entry poor reception poor service poor no room service available bed sheets and towels not washed no shoes etc no water bottle no glasses sorry for that thanks. No electric kettle no tea/coffee pouches actually i wasted the money for this unpleasant and uncomfortable stay

We found very good place at best price. The money was worth it

An hour after we completed the hotel booking procedure, the bathroom water was turned on. There was a foul smell in the kitchen area of the hotel. Suffocation also occurred in rooms that were less used.

I have booked delux room and in this room the bed is broken there is no intercom facility tv is not in working condition no toilet paper no security camera in residence or living area

Room are not cleaned, bathrooms are not cleaned, bedsheet not cleaned,

That building in the photos is just a restaurant and it was closed due to the pandemic since marc, rooms are outside the building and in the courtyard. There was no watchmen and the sole caretaker of the building was no where to be found. The rooms has just a latch and no locks. No food service available during the time of my visit and no restaurants available nearby.
