The room which was originally allocated had bathroom in open, outside the room. Then the other room allocated with 1 double bed and two mattresses on floor in place of a proper two double bed room. The property management would have handled the situation better by allocating two rooms with double bed, which was not done. So the overall experience can be considered just ok.

Thank you for your feedback Mr. Kashyap. In most of the hotels or accommodations, the extra person is usually provided with a foot-on mattress, which we also have. We provided you with an upgraded option which had an extra sofa cum bed (double bed size) which you choose to not opt considering it was on 2nd floor. The room you had booked was as per the description. The bathroom is private for the room but access to it through the attached patio, which we will not try and mention explicitly in the room description.
