Service was good. Food could’ve been better. Room was clean and okay. Location was really good as it’s quite near to the temple and railway station. Overall a satisfying experience at this hotel.

Poor Stay
No water was kept in the room, while checking out, I informed, even then they didn't ask if wanted water, while checking out I asked for help with the luggage, they said that there was no one around and asked me to carry my bags (5 nos). The lift is dangerous, the doors don't close or they close when you are half way in the lift.

Horrible Property
It was horrible - the whole property was dirty and checked out on the next day itself (29th June) though i had paid for all three days... I stayed only for 1 day - the AC was not working and it did not meet the expectations of room booking .

The hotel stay experience in thanjavur P.l.a residency was really bad.There is no proper services provided.The hot water is not all worked.overall my ratings will be poor.

Terrible Stay
I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and the room had issues with the air conditioning not working properly. Additionally, we were only provided with a single towel, which was insufficient. Overall, the experience was subpar and Bathroom Tap was broken . 😡

Better than nothing
Only good factor about this hotel is it's location. We didn't taste the food, as we were told it is not good. The service is very poor and amenities are not all that good and satisfactory. The coolness of the a/c is very poor. Overall our stay with the hotel is very average..

Got a very decent room and helping support staff. No major complaints. Parking at their annex or on their portico, which is open. No problems faced

Terrible Stay
coupleso conjuice hotel, they save in not giving one soap and one brush. Even two ppl stay in double room they supply all above items one only to save small penny.

Poor Stay
Though the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, it is services and facilities are far from being complete. The rooms are small and needs upgrading, the bathrooms taps are broken and dysfunctional. The breakfast menu is repeated throughout the week. The intercom does not work. The staff are very lethargic and casual about the compliants. In short, the management team of hotels needs to periodically review and improve customer service and experience.

Good food and stay
Food is awesome with reasonable price free breakfast also very good. Maintains needs to be slightly improved other than that everything is fine. Thank you!

Good Stay
Overall experience is good. Its very near to tanjavur railway station. Its walkable distance. Room is neat. Hot water available. Only drawback is the restaurant in the hotel is included with non vegetarian food which is inconvenience to vegetarians like us. Vegetarian food is also available nearby to the hotel. Otherwise good.

familyWe booked this property for it's location next to the railway station. We checked in around noon and left at 11pm which gave us enough time to see the maratha palace, shop for thanjavur paintings and be mesmerized by the iconic brihadeeswara temple in sunlight and under night lights. The hotel is inexpensive and i guess you get what you pay for.
