It is in prime Location. Good hospitality..only language problem with the staff..

Location is convenient to visit palace or Big Temple. The hotel is fitted with window ACs. No restaurant attached to the property but good hotels are nearby

While the stay was good overall, the following aspects need improvement- 1. Parking - one has to go a paid parking some distance away from the hotel 2. Bathroom tidiness and provisions 3. Response to queries There is lack of professional approach in the whole stay.

I had booked 2 standard A/C rooms. Overall had an good experience. Room was clean & every amenities were working properly. Also the location of the property were comfortable to reach some of the hanjavur tourist places. I had booked 2 standard A/C rooms. Overall had an good experience. The service was very poor, attitude of the male staffs at the reception was very arrogant and irresponsible!!Bathroom drainage was not working and we didn’t get an alternate room after complaining and there was no proper amenities like blankets,towels etc. They didn’t provide water even after asking them also

The hotel was not good. I would rate 1 as drinking water was not provided and hygiene was very badly maintained.
