It was a very comfortable stay. Service was very nice. Clean bathrooms and beds

Ok stay, bedding was good, clean room. Ac was good but power problem happened and so no water heater available even after power resumed. Service could be better.

I had booked 2 triple bed room a/c, they had allotted 203, 204 the same but in that both rooms a/c was not worked. I had informed them they had changed the room to 103, 104 in this rooms a/c also not working again. By the time i argue with the hotel management for that hotel authority said our hotel have this much facility if want to stay here or vacate the room get out from our property like that. I was stayed with my family and the time 10. 30 pm. They are not ready to repay my paid amount rs. I was totally disappointing the stay. I didn't took any photo's

Pleasant and comfortable room about 2 km from big temple

I usually never give bad reviews cause it affects people and their ratings. But this place was rude and unaccommodating. The AC was not working and the staff was shouting at us for coming by 10 pm stating that we should have come during day time to fix things. He changed the room and was so rude about it. he forced us to carry our luggage out of one room to another soon. He said pick up the luggage and move out quickly. I was travelling with my mother and it was a temple trip. So we requested if there was an option of a late check-out because she needs to rest constantly. But these people said since you have booked, there is no option. If they didn't have rooms it's fine. But they did and yet they were rude. We didn't mind paying a little extra. We usually book to have a hassle free experience. Here we were being penalized for having booked. It's by far the worst experience I have had with the staff of any hotel.

Lost 100% money. I requested to accommodate one day plan change. They were not ready. Lost 100 % money

Good location, clean room and linen

Firstly, room was neat and clean but i literally had to fight with the management to get an extra bed even after booking for 3 guests. No hot water available in both my rooms 105 and 205. They are telling some reasons, after an argument they arranged for an alternate bathroom in another room. Not worth the money.
