The property is very near to big temple and the services can be improved for better experience here.

Mattress was so hard that u can’t sleep properly. Manager was switching off AC again and again to save his electricity. Room is not at all what it looks in the picture.

Very bad experience at this hotel. I booked a room with 192 sq. They gave me a small room of 120 sq. When asked, reception staff told me to cancel my booking and place a fresh booking for suit room. there is no lift in this property. Will not get bathroom towel. Ruined, unmaintained room. Bathroom very small ( around 15 sq. Corridors very congested, and hotel staff shouting in the corridors in midnight, making your sleep disturbed.

I stayed at hotel pandiyar residency thanjavur on 26/1/2025. The room was very small than what i saw in the pictures. The room was in second floor and there was no lift. No toiletries, towel was given only after i asked for it. Being a republic day they told me the restaurant was closed. I had to order foodl from zomato go 2 floors down to collect it and go up again by steps it's okay if you travel alone, but definitely not for families. I will give a rating of 2/5

Stay was good and provided all necessary facilities. But when we checked out in the early morning heavy rain became as a hindrance. At that time they didn't help us to bring a taxi there. Besides it, stay was very comfortable.

Worst. Not recommending to anyone. No proper service, no lift, aged people had to climb 2 floors with great difficulty, no toiletries, no water, no hot water, no place to put extra beds. Worst experience.

Located at centre of town. Food was good. Amenities are below average. Service below average - go

Worst maintenance, not hygiene. Not worth for money. No intercom facilities. Mistakenly booked non a/c charged extra for a/c. Not worth it

No lift for second floor where rooms are available; no coffee tea pouches and no water boiling kettle; no hangars; very shabby towels; rooms extremely small; bathrooms not quality and only one star hotel; no phone to call reception for any room service or house keeping; only can call via mobile. Soap given was small - no shower gel

We got 2 non ac and 1 ac room which we paid for but the least we expected was clean rooms. We could see cockroaches roaming around in the rooms. Unclean broken shabby cupboards, cobwebs and full of dust. Unable to bear the heat, we requested an upgrade to ac for additional charge but they refused citing rooms are not ready and if we shift you, the rooms you are using will be empty. The staff was polite about it though. One silver lining. In the heat and no ac, we could dry our clothes pretty well. Over all rating 2/5

Booked room was congested toilet and was too small. However staffs were very helpful and upgraded us to a better room. as our trip was hectic we skipped morning breakfast and started early morning.

The hotel is not in good location. It is surrounded bars and local fast food. Car parking facility given in garage. No bell boys. Rooms are not in good condition. We can't stay with family i have not stayed in that hotel. I have registered a complaint for refund. Pols arrange for the refund

24*7 vehicle movement as the hotel next to the bridge. Landline fone no connection to communicate with reception. Pillow covers not found clean. No one to attend the calls to the reception. Not worth to stay

Room was dirty. No lift. There was only 1 housekeeping boy and one receptionist on the name of hotel staff. We had to take our luggage on our own from ground floor to 2nd floor and then back to ground floor. When we asked about additional blanket, they denied and just gave us one bed sheet. I mean list is long. Just avoid it.

Ambience, Amenities and service are very poor

Small rooms, very near to big temple, you can in fact see the temple from hotel windows. Ok for bag packers only.

I had booked two rooms for my family. This property has a big parking lot and spacious rooms. Rooms are clean and tidy. There is no restaurant in the property. Will have to walk for food and water. I had booked the rooms on 25th april to stay on 7th may. But when i arrived there, there were no rooms available. I had to complain about this to mm t and had to wait for almost 2 hrs for the rooms to be available as the option for refund against cancellation was not available. Within the span of 10 days, this is the second time i had experienced very poor service when booked through mmt.

I reached the hotel at 5:00 am i'm the morning and they had received me and also made sure i had a great experience during my stay. This was during the summer season when it's too hot in tanjavoor.

Hotel was located very near to big temple, fort and other places. Rooms were neat and clean.
