Everything about the residency was good and calm friendly staff. The cleanliness and room service were good. Near to the New bus stand offers great mobility

Bedsheets are not cleaned, bad odur coming from those sheets, and room was not ready when I reached

The hotel rooms were good and cozy, offering a comfortable stay. However, the room service was extremely disappointing. Every time we requested something, the only response we received was, “We’ll provide it tomorrow,” which was very frustrating.

Overall experience was good. I have stayed here for the second time. Place was easy to find and nearer to many shops and bus stand. But this time they miss out on dental and washroom kits. They have given them first time i visited the stay. This was the only drawback i faced.

Easy to walk from the new bus station. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Hot water available. I would suggest the hotel.

Service was below par. Booked room with extra person but had to pay extra again while checking in. Also no towels

It is a decent homely budget stay with all facilities nearby. Only problem during my stay was lack of hot water since they use solar water heater. Since the climate was dull or the equipment didn't work, we did not get hot water at all. But still the staffs helped us get hot water from kitchen via bathroom bucket. This could have been handled better.

The ambience of this hotel is very homely and relaxing. Workers are very helpful and cordial. The services is very good. The room was nice and clean. The washroom was very neat and clean with rain shower!we had a very pleasant stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is we could not get hot water. Even though housekeeping told us to wait for sometime to get hot water. Otherwise hotel staff were courteous and we enjoyed.

Very humble reception and very nice person in from office the man name is 'hari' very good person room is neat and spacious. Canteen is available at ground floor it is awesome experience thank you guys.
