disappointed room
we trusted the reviews but it was disappointing as the facilities were not worth for ₹2000. first and foremost the restroom. the outlet in bathroom had so much hair. even that was not removed. bedsheets and bedspreads had stains. which is unacceptable. how can we accept it was washed. tv remote was missing, tv was not working. on checkin basic things like towels, mats were not provided. only on request they were brought. the brand has been created by earlier people. but it has to be maintained by the current management. it was disappointed.

Location is good. Room is really spacious. We had booked two rooms but in one room there were no towels, only after asking thrice did they give us 2 bath towels. one room was not cleaned properly, there was hair lying around.

Good Stay
The property is nearby to railway station making it easy to access. It has got good restaurant and tea shop near to it. The rooms were clean but a little small when compared to other hotels. But it's good one for sure. Would recommend it for a budget stay.

Poor Stay
Good Evening. PLA ANNEUE in Thanjavur was located nearby Railway Station. (400 MTRS) Room Look/bed was not good . Old bed and pillow not give good comfortness. No room service availed by me. Phone not working in room. Unable to contact room service person/food order due to dead phone. We stayed there 1 day only.

There is no proper key facility in the hotel. RFID keys are not working.centralised Ac is not sufficient.
