The rooms are very neatly maintained. The rooms are quite luxury. Reception and room service are very good. They treat very well.

I haven't tried the food Location is easily accessible The parking space is not that great around 5 cars can only be parked at a time The room was neat and clean with all the amenities available

Value for Money Hotel. If needed, I will choose this hotel again. Good points: 1) Comfortable room + fittings, AC 2) Courteous + Helpful staff 3) Good location;Some decent restaurants nearby. 4) Covered Car Parking. (Limited 4 cars) Things to improve; Car parking they need to manage little better. They should guide guests while parking. Another car parked improperly. I had little trouble for my car.

Our stay in sum i palace is not at all satisfactory. Poor hygiene, poor breakfast. We suggest yr having an audit of the facilities hotels boast of. Definitely, we never recommed our friends a hotel a hotel of this kind.
